Chalet Clementine. We did indeed have a fantastic ski holiday in Chalet Clementine. Tim and Nadia were without doubt the best chalet hosts we have ever had. Their pleasant, competent and mature approach made us very relaxed.

Chalet Chamili. We got home today having stayed in Chalet Chamili Haut. I just wanted to say that we had a lovely time (helped of course by the pistes and the sunshine). Evan and Isie were our hosts and were absolutely fantastic. The cooking was lovely - we were really pleased with the childrens meals which in other chalets we have been in were a bit hit and miss. Both Evan and Isie were delightful hosts that got the perfect balance between being available and helpful and giving us some space. They were great with the kids - even chatting to them in Welsh!

Le Bihan party. New Year

Chalet Chamili. Just back from our trip, which was our first chalet experience and we were a little sceptical as to how it would compare to our usual self catering trips. The transfers to and from the airport were seamless, with no hanging around waiting to be picked up which is great when travelling with children. It was wonderful having our ski’s and ski passes ready for us as this avoided the usual stressful half hour or so in a hot crowded ski shop. One of our youngster decided at the end of the week to do some snow boarding and the technicians arranged this effortlessly with short notice. Our main concern had been the catering and hospitality, which can make or break a holiday. Well all we can say is that this was not the case. Isie and Evan conjured up wonderful food for the adults and the youngest child in our party had all of his favourite meals for the week, so was in heaven. We cannot praise Isie and Evan enough for their catering and hospitality. They made us feel so welcome and neither of them could do enough to help us. A big thanks to the team for making this a wonderful holiday and hope to see you all again next year.

Chalet Chamili. Thanks to you all at Ski Magic for another fantastic skiing holiday! All of our party really enjoyed themselves and it was very good of you to arrange such a lot of lovely snow!!! We would particularly like to you pass on our thanks to Isie for being such an amazing chalet host! She worked really hard to ensure our holiday ran smoothly and the food was fabulous on every occasion. We have always had excellent chalet hosts with yourselves, but I have to say Isie was the best ever! I hope the rest of the season is going well for her and for Evan who made us some great cakes and puddings! The Nannies and Ski Techs were also great and very helpful.

Chalet Chalouis. I thought I would drop you a quick line to let you know that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Chalet Chalouis over new year. Our expectations were matched and indeed bettered in all respects. The location of the Chalet was perfect particularly with respect to the kids – no carrying of skis – bliss! In particular I have to compliment Sam who not only was a great cook but also very good company. Please pass on our thanks again to him. Also the driver, Jonno, did a great job getting us to the airport on Friday morning through the snow. Thanks and hopefully we will be out to stay again soon.

Chalet Matisse.Our holiday with Ski Magic was brilliant - one of the best / most enjoyable holidays ever! Highlights: Ease of booking - you made it very simple and clear. Everything being laid on, so not having to think. Such as transfers (no driving a rental), no shopping for food, working out what to cook etc. We never needed to go out! Ski hire and lift passes simply being there on arrival. Chalet was very nice and comfortable. I could easily go on! Your staff are brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble. In particular Debbie did a great job and her first week on the job. Her cakes were fantastic. Again nothing seemed too much trouble. We would love to come back.

Chalet Chalouis. We had a really lovely time. We were very taken with Nicola and thought she did an excellent job. Food was lovely, and plentiful:she succeeded in keeping two teenage rowers fed which is no mean feat! I was also interested to see how La Tania has developed as a resort since we were last here. It has definitely come into its own. We thoroughly enjoyed the meal at the Taiga bar-so thanks for that recommendation. I also thought that your resort manager was most attentive, also the ski-hire side of things could not have been more helpful.

Chalet Chalouis.We had a great time and are already looking forward to our ski 2012. Sam looked after us very well indeed, so well in fact, that he got a mention in a song that the children wrote. Unfortunately they were too shy to sing it to him!

Chalet Chalouis. We had an absolutely brilliant week in Chalet Chalouis and would like to pass our heartfelt thanks to Sam and Nicola for their great work. The food was delicious at every meal and they could not have been more helpful or welcoming. Whoever they look after this season is very lucky, the children and adults were beautifully catered for. We are home now and feeling rather fat and unable to cater for ourselves! The nannies were fantastic as well . They put up with Jessie screaming for the whole of the first day but won her over in the end with their kindness and fun. Please thank them from us. Our third Ski Magic experience in La Tania was just as good as the two previous ones, but with even better snow!

Chalet Chalouis. March 2011. We had a wonderful holiday and the whole party enjoyed themselves immensely. The on piste location is second to none and we really had a great time, despite snow being a little lacklustre in some places. The chalet is lovely, cosy and works well as long as the group know each which we did. Food great, very impressive – warm, tasty, well cooked and timed, filling and lots of it. Sophie, and Henry in particular – are great. Very helpful and always chirpy.

They are all a credit to you and I can honestly say that I could not find any fault with them or the service they delivered. We also met other Ski Magic staff, both within the chalet - DJ etc - and on the slopes whilst skiing and they were all friendly, helpful and just really nice! All your staff are always great but this year we felt things were exceptional. Sophie was a fantastic chalet host and all her food was delicious and she was incredibly accommodating to Freddy’s food allergies which was so helpful. We also wanted to give a special mention to Caroline who was the most wonderful and caring nanny, she was amazing with the children and we really felt we could rely on her and enjoy our holiday to the max! Nothing was ever a problem for her and she went out of her way on every occasion to help us and give the children a great time. Definitely our best yet holiday with you and we wanted to thank you very much. I really hope we will be able to come again soon.

Chalet Clementine. February 2011.I just wanted to drop you a line to say what a fantastic holiday we had staying in Clementine this week. This was very largely down to Dave & Sophie, who did an absolutely fantastic job looking after us all. Sophie's culinary skills are superb - the kids ate very well all week and we were treated to delicious meals every evening, all served in a very relaxed and friendly atmosphere, what a treat! Dave was so good with the children and seemed to anticipate all our needs before we had to ask for anything! The murder mystery evening they organised for the last night was a really fun way to end the week and was a very thoughtful touch. We have been on skiing holidays every year for the last 16 years and I can honestly say that they have been the best hosts we have had. Their relaxed style of working together made for a very calm and happy atmosphere. I would also like to say a huge thank you to Caroline for looking after Josh & Laura so well. Josh can be a challenging child to look after at times, but she managed him very well and clearly had a very mature, calm and sensible way of dealing with the children, which is exactly what he needs!! She is a great asset to your team and showed real affection and concern for the children's welfare, which was very touching.

A big thank you to all at Ski Magic for an excellent week’s skiing.Sophie and Dave were brilliant hosts and organised a brilliant murder mystery night for everyone in our chalet on the last evening.Anja enjoyed her time spent with all your nanny’s, sledging, bum boarding, arts and crafts etc etc and we had no worries about leaving her in their care. We would also recommend Magic Snowsports to anyone visiting La Tania wish to book ski school for kids. Anja instructor was fab (Philippe) and she was skiing over to Courchevel with in a few days. Thanks to Ski Magic for a brilliant stress free and happy ski holiday.

Chalet Chalouis. January 2011. We all had a wonderful time in La Tania and would certainly consider returning there again. I think the lack of fresh snow was maybe out of your hands!! The chalet was in an amazing position - we were thrilled with the location when we arrived! Nadia is amazing, warm, friendly and a wonderful cook, certainly a loss to your business with her recent injuries. Callam and Henry were equally warm and friendly and competant in the kitchen. I have to say that this is the best food and wine I have ever eaten in a catered chalet (I have not been skiing for 5 yrs but my memory is pretty good!) - the proof is in the fact that I am now 4 pounds heavier. DJ was brilliant for taking us to Val Thorens for the day and generally a good sport.

We were very sad to say goodbye. It has been a completely fantastic holiday for us. Everything organised from start to finish, lots of laughs and Murder Mystery on the last night. We had a fabulous, fabulous time – and all thanks to Margaret and Stephen who made the off-piste experience even better than the on-piste one with their fabulously cooked gorgeous food, hosting, kindness and helpfulness!!! We have been with Ski Magic twice before as well as with other catered chalets, but Margaret and Steve were really tops and the feeling was shared by all of us in the chalet – with sumptuous 3 course evening meals, fabulous tasty cooked breakfasts (including the best creamy porridge ever – which nearly all of us had every day!) - a big thanks to both of them and whether our party skii’d or not – we looked forward to our evenings and convivial company – so thanks to Ski Magic for a lovely chalet and lovely hosts!

Sophie's cooking was lovely and she went out of her way to cater for my youngest child who is allergic to dairy. I can't really put it into words adequately but it was the best skiing holiday we've been on and was surprisingly relaxing despite having two young children with us. Chalet Chamili. January 2011.We recently stayed in Chamili (haut) and I'd like to pass on the thanks of the whole group for a fantastic holiday with Skimagic. You made the booking process very simple for me to manage and for that I'm grateful. But what really made the holiday outstanding was Jade, our host at the chalet. She was friendly and welcoming every day. The meals were absolutely excellent, and a frequent topic of conversation during the day (several recipes came home with us) as were the cakes. And on top of that Jade managed to keep the chalet absolutely spotless despite our best efforts to bring disarray. So thank you at Skimagic for providing a great holiday to us, and please pass on our particular thanks to Jade for doing such an excellent job during the week.

Chalet Chamili. January 2011. I would just like to say what a fantastic time we had in La Tania with Ski Magic last week and we thought the service offered by your company was superb. Having been on a variety of chalet holidays may I particularly compliment you on the friendly and personal service offered by all your staff - Martin our driver, the really helpful ski technician Stephen, our wonderful chalet host Callum and the nannies Caroline, Katie and Kirsty who were very flexible with their pickups/drops offs. D We were really impressed at how speedily the ski hire was sorted out and by the good condition of the equiptment we were offered. We found our chalet to be comfortable, cosy and charming. We particularly enjoyed breakfast together and were most impressed with the hot options which Callum varied through the week. On previous holidays we have been lucky to get rather over boiled eggs so bacon was a luxury! Callum did extremely well to cater for Joshua's dietary needs and the children thoroughly enjoyed their meals. Our evening meals were well thought out and nicely presented. Our favourites of the week have to be the fresh courgette, tomato and basil soup starter, the salmon in its dressing as a main course, however, opinion is divided on the best pudding as we enjoyed them all!

Christmas 2010 – Chalet Clementine. This was our first ever skiing holiday (a daunting prospect with a 1yr, 3yr and 4yr old) and it was amazing!! Jane’s patience and advice, the in-house ski fitting service, streamline airport transfer and Kirsty and Katie’s fantastic child care. After a morning in the snow the children were desperate to get back to the nannies and their little friends in the chalet for quality care and fun time – great snow castle by the way!! A very very special and personal thanks to Sophie and Dave (who still holds a special place in my little girl’s heart!) Their warmth and helpfulness made our Christmas holiday so wonderful... and Oh My Goodness – can Sophie bake and cook! Thank you all for a superb time.

He was obviously very conscientious in keeping the chalet clean and well stocked too. Katie was lovely and it was really nice that she helped Henry with the cooking and joined us for dinner. Every year we have been particularly impressed that you manage to recruit brilliant staff as hosts, ski techs etc. That is the number one reason we keep coming back to Chalouis Haut.

New Year 2011. Chalet Chocolat. We had a really lovely holiday in La Tania and were all extremely pleased with the chalet and the excellent hospitality from Steve and Margaret. They made us very welcome, the food was fantastic every evening and nothing seemed too much trouble for them. The transfer to and from the airport also went very smoothly, with no hold-ups. It was great to have all the boots and skis delivered to the house and they were very helpful in making any changes we needed. Finally, The New Generation lessons were really appreciated by all and we learnt a lot. All in all then a fantastic holiday and we can't wait until we can come again!!!

Chalet Chocolat. Easter 2010.Many thanks for making our holiday in La Tania such a success- we all enjoyed being spoilt by Emily and Tom who were great hosts. A lovely couple- they were friendly, helpful and so patient with all of the children, who didn't give them a minutes peace.( apologies to Em who had a little visitor in her room). The chalet was very clean and efficiently run and DJ's visits were welcome. The Ski Magic set up was brilliant for us- the children had various pick ups from different places on different days, at different times from various ski schools and it was such a relief that your staff were very flexible and efficient. Thanks also to Rich and DJ and the Nannies who collected them and the entertained them so well. Super food thanks to Emily and the fruit bowl is a nice touch.

March 2010. Chalet Chamili.We have just arrived back from a wonderful holiday staying in Chalet Chamili Haut and I wanted to write and say how brilliant our chalet host Becky was. Becky was a brilliant chef and her cakes were wonderful, (especially the sticky toffee pudding!) and was always happy and smiling. She had a lot to deal with as we were a party of 4 adults and 5 children under the age of 5, never once did she looked stressed with all the noise and the children thought she was very funny. Nothing was too much trouble for her, she even organised an easter egg hunt for the children on the last day which the kids thought was great fun. She is a real credit to the company, Also can you pass on my thanks to Rich who picked me up and took me to the Doctors after I had hurt my hand, he took the stress out of a painful situation and I'm very grateful!

Beccy was amazing; her cakes were divine, she was lovely with the children, a real pleasure to be around, nothing was ever too much trouble. The evening meals were always first class, Andrew and Beccy produced restaurant quality food with wonderful service. It was lovely to see DJ call round just to make sure everything was OK. Also a big thanks to Rich for getting us to the airport on time despite the horrendous traffic, then helping Karley and I with the bags because we had needed to park so far away. She is a real asset to your company The rest of the team, Andy, Richard & DJ (where I am still stiff from the extensive tour of the 3 vallees) were also very helpful & ensured our stay in La Tania was a good one.

We were absolutely delighted with all aspects of the week - The chalet was great and just right for us especially with the ski in and out location, Nadia our host was fab, the food was really delicious, she was fun and happy to chat and she coped amazingly well with our rabble. All of your team seem very happy and helpful and really looked after all of our needs plus it was a big bonus to have all the equipment in the chalet as well (Richard was really helpful with the skis and nothing was too much trouble and DJ was very attentive too). We booked out childrens ski lessons with Ben Brierley from Momentum Snowsports and cannot recommend him highly enough - he was absolutely brilliant, the children loved the lessons and are already pretty competent after just one week! Rhiannon was brilliant...such a lovely person to have around and a very good host (infact one of the best we have ever had) It was a real shame to say goodbye to her. Hopefully we might be lucky enough to see her again another year.

Chalet Chalouis. Nadia was a fantastic chalet host, and you can let her know that Luke has still not stopped chatting about her, and her wonderful food. Luke returned to nursery today, and his teachers say he was chatting non stop about the chalet and Nadia. She is excellent at her job, approachable and makes you feel that nothing is too much trouble. The nannies made Luke's time enjoyable in the creche.

Chalet Chocolat.Thank you on behalf of my group for a fantastic holiday, the chalet was lovely really comfy and homely the food was great and we were looked after so well by Emily and Tom and made to feel so welcome. Chalet Chocolat. Well & truly back at work now after the New Year break now. At least the weather here is still similar to our first few days at La Tania to soften the blow We had a fabulous time. Emily was absolutely brilliant - I haven't ever been looked after so well on a chalet holiday. The transfers were great & it was really nice to not have to hike off to the ski hire shop. Our holiday was amazing in Chalet Chalouis, we were more than happy at the service all your staff gave, and how well they pulled together in a crisis(our chalet host getting injured). Everything was beyond our expectations and it was one of the best xmas's we have had, building snowmen, skiing and a fab meal on xmas day and snow, what more could you ask for. We just want to say a big Thank you on behalf of myself and the rest of my group for such a lovely holiday, we all had such a great time and were really upset when it come to going home, we wanted to stay where we had such an amazing time. I must praise Nadia and Owain as they really looked after us, made us feel welcome and they always met our needs and requirements. The food we recieved was at the best standard and always plenty. Everyone at Ski Magic (Tom, Ashley, DJ, Leo and Sarah) were so nice to us and helped us with our Ski boots, recommending us ideal Ski runs, having a good time and looking after us. For a few of us including myself it was our first time skiing, we were quite nervous and didn't know what to expect but what we recieved from our holiday was more than we can ever have imagained and we are all considering coming back next year. Thank you and to all the Ski Magic names I have mentioned again for making our holiday so enjoyable and making it one of the best holidays we've all ever had. I look forward to hearing from you and making another Ski Magic holiday.

I just wanted to say that All of your staff at Chalet Clementine were VERY helpful, but most particularly; Ed and Shony were brilliant Chalet hosts, the food was superb, they were fun and approachable but also kept themselves out of the way. They went out of their way to make my son a Birthday cake on Christmas Eve – which was their well earned day off, so I cannot sing their praises enough. We had a fabulous time this year, much to do of course with Owain and the ski techs, and also the unpredictables such as good snow and a bunch of great people whom we did not know previously. We were looked after carefully and unobtrusively and were just able to get on with it. It was a real joy with the children to be in a ski-in, ski-out chalet where we could pop back for lunch and a rest if we needed to, so we will look to book again and recommend, of course. The food was excellent as ever, and plenty of it, so very well done to Owain. He really was a great host and good conversation, especially with the kids whom he bent over backwards to help. What worked particularly well was being put in a chalet with two other families with young children.
