Chalet Cuisine

 

 

Our Chalet staff are chosen not only for their catering competence, but also for their warm and pleasant personalities. Their aim is to help you to relax and enjoy your holiday. They will prepare your breakfast, afternoon tea and evening meal, as well as doing all the shopping and cleaning. The staff have one day off when breakfast will be laid out and you can sample one of the excellent local restaurants for your evening meal.

A typical day begins with early morning tea or coffee served in your room, if requested - very popular with many guests! This is followed by breakfast with cereals, yogurts,  fresh fruit, bread and jams, and a  hot option such as bacon and egg is served every day.

On your return afternoon tea awaits you, consisting of fresh bread and jam, a delicious home baked cake, tea, coffee or hot chocolate.

In the evening you will be served with a superb three course meal with complimentary wine served during the meal, followed by fresh coffee and mints.

Premier cuisine is included in Chalet Clementine which includes pre-dinner canapés and aperitifs and a four course dinner including a cheese course.

There is always a bowl of fresh fruit available in all of our chalets for guests to help themselves to.

For your convenience we operate an honesty bar for beers, soft drinks and mixers. You are welcome to drink your own spirits in your chalet. 

 For the comfort of all guests all of our chalets are non smoking.
